NOTIFICATION FOR ONLINE ADMISSION
TWO YEAR D.El.Ed. COURSE (REGULAR/FACE TO FACE) FOR THE
SESSION 2020-2022

Adyapeath Monikuntala PTTI RECOGNISED BY NCTE & AFFILIATED TO
WEST BENGAL BOARD OF PRIMARY EDUCATION Online Applications are invited from applicants who are eligible as per NCTE-norms (Annexure-2 of NCTE Regulations-2014) i.e. 50% in H.S or its equivalent examination or 45% in case of SC/ST/OBC-A/ OBC-B (certificates issued by the competent authority of West Bengal only) /PH/EX-SERVICEMAN for admission to Two Year D.El.Ed. Course (Regular & Face to Face Mode) for the Session-2020-2022 in the Institutions (listed Medium Wise in the portal for admission-2020-22), recognized by the NCTE and affiliated to West Bengal Board of Primary Education on and from 10.08.2020.
1. If an applicant selects Bengali medium institute, he/she must have studied the language Bengali in his/her Higher Secondary (+2) or its equivalent examination). 
2. Details regarding eligibility & admission procedures will be available from 02 p.m. of 10-08- 2020 in the websites: www.wbbpe.org & http://wbbprimaryeducation.org
3. The applicants are requested to provide in the application one mobile no with WhatsApp facility and an Email-Id where she/he will be available for communication and academic updates (instructions/assignments etc.), as and when required.
The eligible and interested applicants are requested to follow the procedures, given below:
1. Visit the website www.wbbpe.org & http://wbbprimaryeducation.org
2. Click on the link – “Online Application for Admission to Two Year D.El.Ed. Course
(Regular/face to face mode) for the session 2020-2022” and follow the instructions therein
carefully and apply for admission.
SCHEDULE OF ADMISSION
 The process of online application including submission along with the scanned copies of the
following documents (to be uploaded), shall start from 02 p.m. of 10-08-2020 and continue
till 31-08-2020.
i. Admit Card of Madhyamik Pariksha or Equivalent Examinations as proof of age
ii. Mark-sheet of Higher Secondary (+2) or its Equivalent Examinations
iii. Self-photograph
iv. Caste & Category Certificate (where applicable) (SC, ST, OBC-A & OBC-B
Certificates, issued by the competent authorities in the Government of West Bengal
(such certificates from other states shall not be considered
v. PH Certificate (where applicable), issued by the competent Medical Boards, headed by the
superintendent of the concerned government hospital
vi. Scanned Signature of the applicant
vii. Pension/Service Booklet/ Certificate as Ex-Serviceman, issued by the competent authorities
The submitted online filled-in application forms along with the scanned copies of the documents mentioned above will be forwarded to the institute selected by the applicant for scrutiny, verification and authentication.
 The heads of the respective Institutions will transfer the verified and scrutinized applications to the login of the Board (online only) till 11-09-2020 along with the reasons of rejection of applications, if any.
 The Board will prepare and approve the merit lists digitally and forward the same to the dedicated login of the institution on and from 22-09-2020 for admission.
 Commencement of classes and also the mode of the new Session will be notified later on in due course.
 Note : An applicant can upload the documents on their own or may select the
Common Service Centres (CSC SPV) from the list of district-wise, Blockwise service centres attached in the websites for uploading free of cost the
filled-in Online Application and the scanned documents.
